Space reservation procedures.

1. 1. Tentative Application.
To apply for the renting of space you should fill out the online form or contact our personnel directly on the following telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses:

2. Tentative Reservation.
Once you have completed the tentative application, we will check the "Groups' Chart" to see if the required dates are available. If there is no problem, these dates will be blocked for a period of 15 working days.

3. Reservation Confirmed.
On confirming the tentative blocking of the dates, the client will receive a written quotation specifying the cost of renting the spaces, the dates of the event, the range of services included in the price of the rental and a payment plan.

On receiving the quotation, the client should sign the receipt of same and return it, via fax, to the office of the Sales and Marketing Director. In this way your reservation will be confirmed and a file will be opened in order to follow up.


4. Blocked Dates Period.
The client should keep in mind that the maximum period, during which the Reservations System allows dates to be blocked, is 15 working days. If, during this period, a contract has not been signed, the client should send a communiqué stating the reasons why and, if the client's arguments are accepted, the dates will be blocked for a further 15 working days.

5. The signing of the contract and the confirming of the
    event.

The event will only be considered confirmed when the client signs the "Hiring Contract". The date of signing should be the same date on which the first deposit is paid. This deposit is the equivalent of 15% of the overall amount to be paid.

On signing the contract, the client will receive a copy of the Cancun Center Operations Manual. This document will form an integral part of the "Hiring Contract" and must be fully adhered to.


NOTICE:
In the event of a client not paying a deposit on time, Cancun Center reserves the right to impose a fine equal to 20% of the due deposit, both deposit and fine must be paid within 10 days of the date stipulated in the "Hiring Contract" for the payment of said deposit.

In the event of a client failing to pay two deposits as laid out in the Payment Plan, the "Hiring Contract" will be automatically cancelled.
